Política de Cambios y Devoluciones – Cele Gorgeous
En Cele Gorgeous, queremos que ames cada prenda que compras. Si por alguna razón no estás completamente satisfecha con tu pedido, puedes solicitar un cambio o devolución bajo las siguientes condiciones:
Plazo para solicitar cambios o devoluciones:
• Tienes hasta 7 días calendario después de recibir tu pedido para iniciar el proceso.
• Pasado este tiempo, no podremos aceptar devoluciones o cambios.
Condiciones:
Para que un producto sea elegible para cambio o devolución:
• Debe estar sin uso, sin lavar, sin manchas ni olores, en perfecto estado.
• Debe conservar su etiqueta original y empaque en buen estado.
• No aplican devoluciones en prendas en promoción, descuento final o liquidación (estas son venta final).
Cambios:
• Si deseas cambiar la talla o modelo, puedes hacerlo según disponibilidad.
• Los gastos de envío del producto de regreso y del nuevo envío corren por cuenta del cliente.
Devoluciones:
• Las devoluciones aplican solo en caso de producto defectuoso o error en el pedido.
• Una vez recibido el producto devuelto y verificado su estado, se hará un reembolso en forma de crédito en tienda (gift card) o devolución al método de pago original, según el caso.
¿Cómo iniciar un cambio o devolución?

2. Te enviaremos las instrucciones para el proceso.
3. Empaca la prenda correctamente y envíala a la dirección que te indicaremos.

• After this period, we will not be able to accept exchanges or returns.

• It must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains and odors, and in perfect condition.
• It must retain its original tag and be in its original packaging in good condition.
• Returns do not apply to items on promotion, final sale, or clearance (these are final sales).
Exchanges:
• If you wish to change the size or model, you may do so depending on availability.
• Shipping costs for returning the product and sending the new one are the responsibility of the customer.

• Returns only apply in the case of defective products or an error in your order.
• Once the returned product is received and its condition verified, a refund will be issued either as store credit (gift card) or to the original payment method, depending on the case.
